Prior to scheduling, a non-refundable security deposit is required for all installations.

We strongly recommend our tri-weekly maintenance service to maintain the quality of your hair unit installation.

- Images of your head: Top, sides, and back. Additionally, include a picture of your desired hairstyle.
Please note that certain styles or requests may not be achievable based on hair texture, density, length, or the severity of hair loss.
You can expect our response within 24 to 72 hours, during which we will arrange an in-person consultation. In cases where an in-person meeting is not possible before installation, a video conference may be arranged for our mutual convenience. The initial consultation is provided at no charge.
Appointments are subject to availability and will be scheduled upon receipt of your deposit. Deposits can be made through Venmo, Cash App, or Invoice (convenience fees apply), and they are non-refundable.
We will send you appointment reminders via email 24 hours prior and a text message 1 hour before your scheduled appointment time. Should you need to reschedule, please do so within 24 hours. One rescheduling is permitted at no extra cost. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice result in forfeiture of your deposit, and a new deposit is required for rescheduling. Our policy is in place to honor the time of both our clients and staff.
Hair unit installation services are non-refundable. If you encounter any dissatisfaction with the service, kindly inform us promptly so that we can address any concerns. Your satisfaction is our priority.

This is a non-surgical, baseless, short hair unit system insatllation. This service is for those experiencing hair thinning, male or female pattern baldness, alopecia areata, telogen effluvium or anagen effluvium. Functionality is about 2-3 weeks with proper care and upkeep. Full haircut is included.
Lace or PU CAP
Longer/Higher Hair Unit System
This longer/higher (Polyurethane or Lace Cap), human hair unit system for those experiencing hair thinning, male or female pattern baldness, alopecia areata, telogen effluvium or anagen effluvium. It can be removed after installation, cleaned and reinstalled. Potential functionality is up to 3-4 months when cared for properly. Full haircut is included.

This is the maintenance service for those who have previously acquired our installation service. I highly recommend this service at least every 3 weeks to keep your unit looking and performing well by refreshing your look with a haircut, shave and reapplication of the hair prosthesis. Estimated installation time: 1.5 hours.
